Job Daniel is Born!

Job Daniel Beeman came into this world today at 12:46 P.M. at the Park West Medical Center. He is 7 lbs 10 oz and 19 1/2 inches long. Mom came through very well! God is so good. The first time I heard him cry (which was while he was still attached to the umbilical cord) Cindy and I cried tears of joy! Again, God is so good!

Johnny was the first person outside of nurses and the proud parents to see baby Job. Johnny said "I feel like a grandfather!" His visit and encouragement was truly God blessed.

Grandma Spencer was the first grandparent to here Job cry over the phone. He was being taken care of at the time by the staff of nurses here at Parkwest.

Mommy is trying to get Job to eat but this is quite new for him and a lot to learn, taken in consideration he is only 1 hour old at the time of his first lesson in eating. Pray for Mommy and Job as the learn this most special and important task together.

Here are some pictures. God Bless!

Waiting....some what patiently.

Well, it has been a while since my first post. A lot has taken place. Cindy is still expecting our second baby. We know the baby is a boy, Job Daniel Beeman. We are excited about his soon, I mean very soon arrival. He should deliver any day though his official due date is November 21. Back in September we thought he was going to come early. He weighed 3 lbs 2 oz and Cindy was having early contractions. She was hospitalized at UT for 5 days. She was placed on meds to prevent the early delivery of the Baby. Then when she made it to the 35 week the doctors removed her from the meds. They expected she would deliver any day after being off the medication, however it seems baby Job likes it in his warm home.

The nursery is completed, well kinda. I still have the closet doors to paint and the entry/exit door to paint. The rest is painted and clean. We have it all decorated with baby stuff (Winnie the Pooh). We even have supplies for when he is born (Q Tips, diapers, lotions, soaps, and lots of clothes). We are praying he will come soon, but not sooner than God wants him to be born. We are very excited first time parents!

Cindy's mom and dad are planning on driving down for Thanksgiving. This will allow us some bonding time with baby Job and then allow the grandparents some time with him also. Cindy is planning on not going back to work once he is born. We are praying and trusting God for our financial needs to be met and also his.

Love you baby Job!
